Return Policy:
Shoe Charms: Due to the nature of this product and for hygienic reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Here at Kalea Damone, we have a standard for quality and do not want to sell charms that are worn to any of our customers. Furthermore, we're sure our customers would not want to purchase any items that have been worn, even if it was just once. we inspect each charm prior to shipping and are sure you will be pleased with your purchase.
Custom/Personalized Items: Final Sale. No returns or refunds will be allowed on customized products.

Sublimation Blanks: If you are not pleased with your item please contact us so we can make it right! We offer a 14-day return policy on blanks sold in our store, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, which is unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@kaleadamone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
